Vegan "Chili"

This is something I came up with when I tried to make vegan chili. It doesn't deserve the name chili but it's a pretty good bean soup/stew.

  1. Soak beans overnight
  2. Start cooking beans, adding seasoning and chopped onions once heated.
  3. Add salsa and sauce and bring to boil, reduce to simmer
  4. Once beans are thoroughly cooked and consistency is to your liking add a package of vegetarian hamburger crumble (eq. of 1 lb. cooked beef)
