I was initially unable to locate any jpeg comment utilities for DOS, so I decided to "port" part of the Independent JPEG Group's (IJG) JPEG library. Since then I have become aware that IJG uploaded the complete toolkit to Simtel. However, it's a fairly large download and contains far more than I or most people need.
This build is requires you to use the 8.3 name of a file.
